We'd rather you try Elsewhen free for 14 days before you buy, so you know it suits you. If it still doesn't work out, you can have your money back.

30 days, no hard questions

Email support@elsewhenapp.com within 30 days of your purchase or renewal, from the address you bought with, or include your order number. We'll refund you in full. A sentence about what didn't work for you is appreciated but never required.

What happens next

• The refund goes back to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Depending on your bank, it usually shows up within 5 to 10 business days.
• Your license key is deactivated. Elsewhen goes back to read-only mode. Your projects are untouched, and you can still open and export them.

After 30 days

We generally can't refund purchases older than 30 days. If something has gone badly wrong, write to us anyway and we'll do our best to make it right.

Your rights under local consumer law aren't affected by this policy.
